unsecured debt for Chp.7

What is the name of your state? AZ

I was wondering if I am to disclose my cell phone company as a creditor. I am on a set plan each month and the contract is for a year. Should I put that down as an unsecured creditor. If I fall behind on the payments or cancel the contract then it is $175.00. I still nee the phone because it is the only form of communication I have. I wonder will they cancel my account. I am all current on it.

I appreciate the help.

If you're current on the account and aren't indebted to them, you don't have to list them as a creditor. The account is actually a routine bill and and should be listed as a reasonable living expense. If you list them as a creditor, the account will be closed and you're cut off.

Unsecured debt in 7 or 13

I have a similar question in regards to a gas credit card. Does a balance that has never been carried over have to be listed? The total is paid every month and on time. It is a credit card, but since it is paid in full every month, it seems like it would not have to listed as a debt. Also, my daughter bought a tv for our home because she could get a good deal through work. She has paid some on it, but our checking acct shows a payment made to this co. every month. Will the trustee question that? Nothing is in our name at all except the payments from our account. Thank you for your help.
