chpt.7, Indiana...
i am filing forms myself, and i don't want to err. i have no assets, i.e no real property (not even a car). the most valuable items of personal property is a $250 bike and a used guitar. the following are my only concerns:
-- do I list all property, such as clothes, cheap furniture, cheap radio, etc. which are not worth... jack?
-- if so, do i list all above-mentioned under exempt, property, or both or neither?
-- must I list all debts (such as student loans & credit cards i'm keeping, or just those to be discharged?
-- do i sign the non-attorney pet. prep. section & declaration myself?
-- do I list my apartment deposit?
-- finally, if all such property must be listed, how do i calculate the "current market value of debtor's interest in property, without deducting any secured claim or exemption"? as i stated, my property is worth virtually nothing, market-wise, and very little to myself.
...thank you very much. i just need to get rid of $50,000 worth of non-insured medical bills.
