vehicle bankruptcy helpI live in Illinois and my sister is co-owner on my vehicle. I make the payments but she is primary on the loan. She is filing for bankruptcy and I wanted to know what happens to my vehicle? |

| As long as the payments are current, and the equity is below what your state exempts you'll keep the vechicle. The lender will likely cancel any autopay or online payment options so, you'll need to contact their bk dept. to arrange for pay,emts to be received. |
