Vehicle options with ch7

What is the name of your state? Ohio
I am about to file chapter 7 pro se. I have a minivan I use as my work vehicle ( I am a contractor) and family van. I owe more than it's worth, and am paying very high interest.
If I do NOT reaffirm, but continue to make my payments, Is it possible that they will still take the van and leave me without transportation? If I ask them to modify the payment, is it possible they would do that if I offered to reaffirm?
Does anyone have any other good options?
