| Vehicle repossession
What is the name of your state: Tennessee
Where, other than your personal residence, can a repossession of your vehicle take place? For example: Your place of employment, other commercial establishments or office buildings, neighbors etc?
Can they come to your job site and remove the vehicle? Would this be considered trespassing on private property?
Can they come to any other retail, commercial or consumer establishment?
We are trying to re-establish a chaptor 7 or 13 but have to wait for the first of the year before we can take necessary steps due to other financial responsibilities.
