which way to go


What is the name of your state? north carolina
i'm two house payments behind and three auto payments can not get help refinancing anything because of past credit all loans are through credit co. with high interest fell behind taking care of dental for children property taxes and large amount to get auto back on road drownig please which way do i go

If you have no money to pay creditors, and won't be getting any, as far behind as you are, you're looking at a repo on the car and probably forclosure on the house if you can't get caught up. Bankruptcy IS an option and will stop repo's and forclosures - at least temporarily. I suggest you start calling a few bankrutpcy attornies ASAP, most give free consultations.
