Weird Ch 7 problems with ex.

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? LA

Long time reader and never saw anything related to this, this has got to be the most weirdest question.

Filed joint Ch 7 150k debt, including asset worth, June 4, 2003 (Married but living apart) discharged November 29, 2004. (Divorced by then) Pacer says still waiting trustee's report. I have called and asked the statues, he said that he has not received the x’s 2003 Tax paperwork and if she did receive a refund check, she did not surrender it to the trustee as requested. I did call the X and asked about it, she said she mailed it, but I doubt it.

I have no legal right to request her taxes, but I don’t know what else to do. I know the worst that can happen is that the discharge can be revoked, but is their anything that I can do? She will not listen, she does not care. She says that she is cooperating with out requests but the trustee has received nothing. All she has to do is surrender her refund and tax statement to the trustee and it will all be over. Please help this challenging question.
