What can I expect now?

What is the name of your state? FL

BK discharged in Sept. 03. House not reaffirmed. Last payment was made in March 04. Received letter from bank around July 3 giving the name of the attorney handling the foreclosure and that the house is now in foreclosure. What are the next steps the bank will take? Will I be notified of anything? Just would like to know how foreclosure works after bk.

Also, could I go and buy a piece of land now in my name (it would not be mortgaged) or should I wait until after the foreclosure. Is there anyway the bank could put a lien on any real property I own. Remember the house was included in the bankruptcy and was not reaffirmed and it is my understand that the bank can't get a judgment against me. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks
