As for your truck.. find out what the REAL value would be - go to kelly bluebook ([url]www.kbb.org[/url]) and look up the trade-in value, then SUBRTRACT 30%, that will be a better measure of its value.
The exemption for a vehicle in MA is only $750, that's very low. You *could* end up losing the truck to the Trustee. Your best bet to see if you can keep it is to get a couple of free consultations with bankruptcy attorneys.
