Question

what do we do nexT?


What is the name of your state? fl
ok y'all... we sign next week on our chapter 7. i know that it will take about 3 months to discharge. my question is... my husband and i have now had both houses go to foreclosure and we voluntarily gave back the car. once it is all said and done, how do i (and when do i) start to work at credit again? my score as of last week- even with the foreclosure and the second being "charged off"- is high 500's... husband big fat 0.....
so what next? i do not ever want another credit card, EVER!!! and i can work to try to save money for a house. but,**************. please some info on the next steps and time...thanks everyone.

The first thing I would do is check out this board
