| Hello, I live in San Francisco, CA area. Last year my employer filed Chapter 11. I had a Cafeteria Plan (a.k.a. Flexible Spending Account) there and some balance in it. I claimed about $500 for my medical expenses from that account but, no reply for 2 months. Do I have a chance to get my money back? Where does the money kept for Cafeteria Plans? A trustee or company's bank account? Can an employer tap the money from there? Thanks in advance. Seyfi Sony |
