What if Bankrupcy was not completed? My question is this...My wife and I filed 10 years ago, however the lawyer we used was an idiot. He didn't complete all the paperwork before filing. We went before the judge and he told us to take it back to him to complete before we could finish. We changed our mind. It has been on our credit report since then and we have never been able to take it off. How do we do that and is it possible? |

| If it has truly been 10 yrs since you filed you can dispute it with the credit reporting agencies as obsolete. |
