You can get a general answer to your question by sitting down and figuring out all of your debt and expenses in one column and all your assets and income in another column. If the debt column heavily outweighs the income/asset column then you have your answer. One piece of advice: Do as much research as possible before embarking on this journey alone!

I don't think that this answers my question at all.
If my debt is far higher than my income..what are you saying?

Really I want to know if they deny my (chapter 7) bankruptcy what will happen....

will i be foreced to do 13?

will i have to pay all over again?

i have already hired an attorney but i cant get $800 at any given time so i am going to do this by myself

thanks

Let's try again....IF your living expenses and debt are higher than your income then logically speaking there is no way(except for fraud) that you will be turned down for a Chapter 7. IF you do get turned down for a chapter 7 and you may possibly be eligible for a chapter 13 then you may have amendment fees to pay. THE best way to find that out is to call your local office where you will file the bankruptcy yourself and ask them what fees are involved and what kind of amendment fees will you incur if you have to file a chapter 13 after attempting a chapter 7. I would suggest calling other attorneys in your area for a free consultation and asking them the questions you have posed to this forum.
