When Relief of Stay is Granted to Mortgage Co.....

What is the name of your state?Ohio
I keep thinking I have a handle on this....and then something else comes up. Remember I filed Chapter 7 on 06/20/2003? The Mortgage company filed a Relief of Stay a week or so afterward. I talked with a lawyer at PPL and he told me there wasn't much use in asking for a hearing and filing a "Pleading"?? to try to keep the court from granting it as the reason was the lack of insurance on the property. (The homeowners insurance was cancelled a little over a month before the scheduled foreclosure sale, because of condition of the property) Of course the court granted the Relief of Stay on 07/29/03. What I want to know: How much time do I have before they padlock the door and I have no more time to pack and find a place? Do they have to start back at the beginning of the foreclosure proccess or can they just schedule another sale? Since I swept into the sale right before it started and handed them my time stamped bankruptcy papers, the lawer said they probably don't have to start all over again. If not, do they have to advertise 5 weeks in advance of the sale, like they did before? Do they have to give me 20 days notice before the foreclosure sale? I checked the Sheriff's "Civil Sale" section on the website and can't find my address anywhere except on the page where they list the results of previous sales, which was 06/20/2003 and beside my address it said "Bankruptcy." I checked the future sales all the way to Oct. 17, 2003 and my home is not listed.
Another question: I'm struggling over the Amended Schedule F but should have it submitted by the beginning of next week. Today I got a letter from the Bankruptcy Court titled "TRUSTEE'S REPORT OF NO DISTRIBUTION" At the end she requested that this report be approved and she be discharged from any further duties as Trustee. Is this just a formality, due course-type notice? Will any further amendment of my schedules affect this? What happens next, in the normal progression of things? I really hate Not Knowing!!!
Thanks, You Guys, You've always come through.
