When you die

What is the name of your state? AR The only thing that forced me into doing this in the first place was-what would happen to our estate when we died. Would our children have been responsible for any of our debts and that they would have had to come in and clean up the mess we had made. Now, my goal is to just clear up what we can and make it easier for them when that time comes.

Also, we have a son getting married in the fall and I don't want to ruin his wedding and I want to help my husband get this all settled and then if I am no longer here what will happen? Will he have to refile since he won't have my income or will the trustee adjust his payments based on his income alone? We have done enough damage and I don't want to make things any harder financially on anyone else again. I just don't care about me anymore.
