Where do I list the student loan?

I know student loans will not be dismissed but I have to list it anyway, right? I am filling out the chapter 7 forms myself and would like to know which form do student loans go on? I have the Nolo Chapter 7 book but it isn't clear. I cannot afford a lawyer. I'm in California... thank you.

call consumer credit counseling. it's free. there is usually several within your nearest main city.

Thanks for your reply. If you mean Consumer Credit Counseling Service, I have participated in their debt repayment program without success. I was not aware that they helped people file bankruptcy. Is that true?
