wife filing chapter 7

What is the name of your state? new york.

my wife is going to file chapter 7 individually, and we were wondering if we were going to be able to keep our cars. we have a 91 oldsmobile worth about $800 in her name. and a 92 toyota worth about $4000 in my name. if i am not mentioned in the filing will they take one or both of the cars? we owe nothing on either car.
