wild card exemption

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? new jersey

I have a few thousand in my savings / checking accounts left
over from a credit card advance of several months ago.
When I file for BK, will money be taken and returned to credit
card bank or distrubuted to creditors, or can I keep it as wild
card exemption ( up to $ 7,500 for NJ) , since I will need to
pay lawyer for additional legal costs if creditors file objections.

Thanks for responses.

What did you take the advances for ? What have you spent it on ?
The Trustee would question advances taken so close to filing for bankruptcy.

I took advance to make payments on other credit cards, and for
day to day necessities, No luxury items.

I used it to make payments until, I knew I needed to file BK.

I now need to pay lawyer to file BK, and later on if creditors
object to discharge.

So if I put in file papers savings account balances, will they
stop me from using it later on to pay lawyer ?

Thanks for reply.
