Will bankruptcy include childs accounts

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OHIO

My ex-wife ( we got divorced 17 yrs ago ) is filing for bankruptcy next month. My child will be turning 18 in a few days. I want to get a checking account set up for my child as they need to start learning how to manage finances ( ex-wife is good example what NOT to do ). I had heard from others that if my ex-wife files bankruptcy, they may confiscate what money is in my child's accounts as well. Is that true? Even if the child is over the age of 18 and it is not a joint account with my ex's name on it in any manner?

If the account is in the childs name and the source of funds is not from the ex then, the bk trustee would have no claim.
