| My x-husband was ordered to pay for the joint credit cards we shared in our divorce. Now he is heavily in debt and wants to file bankruptcy. He says that unless i file with him, those credit cards will bounce over to me for me to pay. But he also says that if i file i will lose my car because of its value. Is this true? and what options do i have? |
