| My ex-husband is in financial ruin (over 100,000.00 in credit card debt alone). He will not declare bankruptcy. Our kids are just now starting families and careers. if my ex dies will his creditors come after the children, assuming they do not get satifaction from his wife? If so what can I do to protect my kids from such action? I'm in Texas if that helps. ------------------ sewell |

| I do not believe there are any ways for a debt to follow the family, except to reduce any inheritance |
