Will my business be at risk if I file?

What is the name of your state? California
I own 49% of an LLC and do not want to have the court liquidate my shares or notify my business partner if I file. Any advice would be appreciated!

I think forums like freeadvice and others do a good job helping with plain vanilla routine bks. When you get business assets involved, it's not so routine and your best bet is legal counsel.
