Will the Trustee take anything after my discharge?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?MO My ex and I have two extra vehicles, but we haven't heard a thing from the trustee and our case is set to be discharged in a week. Will the trustee come knocking after the discharge? One last question, I also have a bedroom set that I figured would be taken by the company I bought it from seeing as how I haven't paid a penny on it. Come to find out, they are going through bankruptcy and are closing their doors for good. Does this mean I'll get to keep the bedroom set as well? Thanks for your input. By the way, we are a CH 7 no-asset case. These things are the last things we own and we told the trustee about them.

If the trustee had an interest in the cars, he'd say something prior to discharge. They may be so old that the value isn't worth the time and effort of disposale.
The debt to the furniture store is an AR to them and an asset. The trustee will sell all of those debts to a 3rd party collector and they ,ay or may not contact you.
If you didn't reaffirm, they can't ask for money. Only for the return of the furniture. You should be able to strike a deal for a substantial discount if it ever comes to that.
