plumbing company advertises in yellow pages and on tv that job done right, on time or it's free. contracted with it to do job in 3 days; took over 2 weeks, rejected by city inspection after first week. company does not want to honor ads. what should we do?

Sue in Small Claims court. Bring video copies of commercial and copy of Yellow Pages ad, along with all of your written papers of the job itself, and the city inspection rejection.
