What is the name of your state? IN

I'm not sure where to put this but I'll try here. If you give advice to someone in a forum such as this and they take that advice and get into trouble, can they hold you responsible? Would some sort of disclaimer make a difference? Just curious:)

They can hold you close to their vest, hold you over for another week, hold tight, hold their tongue or hold that train!!!!

but if they are stupid enough to take advice from a stranger without checking it out first, then they get what they paid for....NADA!!!!
