I've used Korean Air for many years to accumulate mileage, and recently I applied for a bonus ticket from Boston to Seoul. However, Korean Air told me that now there is no direct service from Boston to Seoul, and that I'd have to pay for the connecting flight from Boston to New York. Korean Air would only provide bonus ticket from New York to Seoul.

What's even worse, Korean Air didn't make any effort to notify the frequent flyer members about this change. Had I been notified, I would have acted early to make the reservation and not pay the higher premium like I had.

Please help.
