I,ve rented this home since 1998,A tenant signed a 1 year lease,pd. the deposit and ASHA was to pay her rent 2 days later. She now says the 2 bedrms (which are sm.)won't allow her furniture to fit and has changed her mind, wants out of the lease. She agreed to pay for a new ad in the paper, but wants the rest of her deposit back. Do I have to her money back? I've had 8 calls on the house and told them all it was rented, I've had no cals on it for 2 days, and am do to go out of town in 4 days, I feel she has cost me time and money and should have spent more time veiwing the home.Do I have to let her out of the lease?
