Alabama Law & All Sales FinalI live in Alabama 5 pm on 3/13/09 I went to a furniture store - liquidation. I paid (by credit card) for a sofa, loveseat & mattress & boxsprings. I am not in possession of these items. They are still at the store. The sales receipt says "all sales final no refunds no exchanges" which I initialed. After I got home I realized the furniture will not work in my house and is not what I want. I called the store and told them I didn't want it. They said someone would call me back. Can I refuse to take possession and request a credit on my credit card? What is the name of your state (AL)? Last edited by mckenzie; 03-13-2009 at 05:40 PM. |
