Alabama Law & All Sales Final

I live in Alabama
5 pm on 3/13/09 I went to a furniture store - liquidation. I paid (by credit card) for a sofa, loveseat & mattress & boxsprings. I am not in possession of these items. They are still at the store. The sales receipt says "all sales final no refunds no exchanges" which I initialed. After I got home I realized the furniture will not work in my house and is not what I want. I called the store and told them I didn't want it. They said someone would call me back. Can I refuse to take possession and request a credit on my credit card? What is the name of your state (AL)?

Enjoy your new furniture.

that's pretty easy to understand to me.

Sure and what will happen is, you won;t be getting a credit on your account and may end with more problems because your furniture is setting in the store.
