What is the name of your state? Arkansas

After 8 years of legal battle, 4 judges, 2 lawyers, and the Court of Appeals, my sister is ordered to pay alimony to her lazy bum ex. and also to pay his lawyer. No ending date for this weekly support has been set. She is not in a high income status but does have a job. They were married 20 yrs and have two adult children whom she has tried to put through college while the ex lives off the system. He quit his job years ago when this alimony case was about to go to court. Now he feigns disability. The criteria for alimony, we are told, is one's ability to pay and the other's need for money. One chooses to work, the other chooses to not work. Where do we go to find out case law setting precedent for time limits on alimony. How do we find a lawyer who is willing and able to deal with this? Is there such a thing as an expert in alimony? How can we get some publicity to get this situation out there for the public to see what the legal system does to working people? There is much much more including forging her name to credit cards, telephone tapping, etc. We need a lawyer with some fire in his/her belly to make a difference in the current legal system.
