I purchased a new couch at a local furniture store where the receipt is stamped All Sale Final. I received the couch and it was damaged in many places and horrible quality for the price I paid ($2250). They exchanged my couch for a new one, and it is also damaged and just as bad quality. I am wanting a refund. I gave them a fair chance to fix the problem with a new couch and it was just as bad as the first one. What are my legal rights? Certainly All Sales Final can't apply to poor quality merchandise??
