We went to a bridal store under pressure to get bridesmaid dresses. We gave them sizes, but were not told that everything was in "junior" sizes, not misses. Too small for the maids, we went back to the store to solve the issue. We were then informed that they had made a calculation error in our favor and asked that we pay the $85 error. We did. We were going to try altering the dresses, but were unable to in time, and they found other dresses. When we asked about returning them, they pointed to their sign "All Sales Final" and the best the owner could do was restock them for $20 per dress. There were two dresses of the three to be returned. We still have the dresses. Under store policy were we required to pay the error and can we either get that back or use it as leverage to return the dresses? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
