If an organization states that no alterations on a registration form will be accepted, in NEW YORK would a Judge honor or throw out an altered document in question? Is it legal to accept a document that has been altered to show a signature at a future date of a year in advance. Say the document showed 07 made into a 09. Can this organization keep a document and make it binding a year in the future when the signer wants to withdraw the document completely?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
