What is the name of your state? TX
I went car shopping today and found a van. After spending 4 hours at the dealership a price and trade were agreed upon and I made a $2000 down payment. I reviewed and signed the numbers being submitted to the finance company and a "borrowed vehicle" agreement. I drove the van home and have decided it's not what I really want. I haven't signed any loan papers yet. Am I obligated to go through w/the sale and can I get my down payment back?
