our lease is up on june 30, 2000, but our contract says that we are supposed to give written notice that we are leaving 60 days in advance and we were 2 days late. it says if you are late you have to pay for the next month.can i get out of this? if we dont pay for the last month (being june), this means they will evict us. does it mean that the contract and written notice is null and void? will we still be responsible for july? your help will be appreciated.
