Apartment responsibilities for hot tubs

I got back from the doctor with a diagnosis of Foliculitous caused by a hot tub with not enough chlorine in it. There is no notice posted that use mah cause harm to my health.

Should i expect compensation from them- time off work, doctors costs and prescription?

Are they responsible for that.

can you prove the infection came from the hot tub or did the doctor simply say it probably came from the hot tub?

Did you test or do you have test results for the chlorine and pH levels of the hot tub to prove it is not within required levels?
