My daughter and her boyfriend bought a car together in OREGON. She is the sole driver and the insurance is in her name alone. They are both on the title and the loan. She has made all the payments, but technically she is the co-signer due to her limited credit history at the time of purchase.
They have now broken up. Can either sell the car without the other signing off? What, if any, action can she take if he takes possession of the car?
