What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? UT

I leased a new car a week ago. (Signed all paperwork and gave down payment). I was to have picked up the car from the dealership on the following Thursday, but was told it had not arrived. Now I'm told that it may get there until the following Monday. I like the car, but I'm frustrated with the dealership. Can I back out of the lease since I have not received the car?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Sorry but the best help I can give you is to suggest that you read the paperwork. There should be some stuff in there on how and why the deal may be cancelled. I doubt that missing the delivery date by a few days is going to do it. If the car isn't there on Monday ask for a "loaner" so you can get around. Good luck
