calif,state.my husband and I bought a used car last july,we put $500.00 down and two weeks we would bring in 1300.00,when my husband take the money down they said they needed more money and they wrote a new contact and had my husband sign my name without my knowledge,they changed the contact i signed and i didn't agree to the new contact and they charge us more for the car.do i have a case.I have copys of the two contacts and on the new contact they take away my car warrary
