Purchased a car from a dealer:
-have a signed contract
-turned over title & stopped insurance on trade in vehicle
-accepted for new car loan
-Told vehicle would be delivered later in the day -Went to pick up car, told I could not have the vehicle b/c it was sold to someone else
-Dealer is trying to find another vehicle (with same options & price), but will not substitute similar vehicle with more options
-I need a vehicle by the end of the week
Since I have a signed contract, isn't the vehicle legally mine?
What are my options?
