Auto repair shop took my money

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee. I was charged $1000 to fix my car by Firestone. However after four attempts my car still isnt fix. It is still doing the same it was doing before I took it to them. What should i do?

What did the dealer's repair shop's DX and estimate state what is wrong with it , and if those other repair attempts were necessary ?
