Automobile not picked up

Any help would be great:
I sold a car to a guy out of state last November. He has paid for the car, but has yet to come and get it.
I still have the title in my name, never signed over to him. I have tried to help him with a transport company to get it moved.
But my last contact with him was in January. He has not responded to any of my emails since then and has not contacted me about getting this moved.
According to the DMV the car is still legally mine till the title has been transfered.
This is going on 176+ days of storage on this. and killing off my lawn.
What can I do legally to resell this car and get it out of my yard.

Anybody know what I have to do?
Would I have to refund his money beings he has let it sit so long with out any contact to me?
Any advice would be great, thanks
