my truck broke down in chattanooga on a trip. i live in atlanta and called a transmission place to get an estimate on repairing it in chattanooga .they towed it in and i talked to the guy on the phone and he said the transmission needed to be rebuilt. i asked him to not do the work i wanted to check prices. it was several days before i got back to him and found out there had been $3000 in repairs done to my truck. do i have to pay for this since i never signed anything authorizing the work to be done. if not how do i go about getting my truck back?
