What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

Bought used car in November and went back to Toyota dealer to trade in used car after two months. Dealer wants to offer half the price I paid for car. Went to another Toyota dealer who stated that autocheck report for car indicates that car autometer was backed and that car does not qualify for buy back.
Went back to original dealer and informed them of the problem and as per dealer car fax does not show this problem. Original dealer offered to trade in car for half what I paid again, and want to put me in anotrher used car in which my monthly payments will increase by $200.
How do I go About returning this car to the dealer.
