I sold a car to a friend from work , i let her make payments on it to help her out. it was all pretty much verbal.
she's had the car almost 3 months now , she has paid very little on the car. Now she refuses to pay for the car she says shes giving it back, i found out that the car is broken down,
she says she's giving the car back but will not let me know where it is. and i don't really want it if it's broken what can i do to get the rest of the money owed to me. thank you Ravensmist1
