What is the name of your state? NEW JERSEY

I own a service business. One of my customers continually pays me with bad checks that have to be redeposited. He now owes me nearly $30,000.

He and I came to an agreement (not in writing) that he would make a substantial, continual payment in addition to what I get paid weekly.

He has not held up his end of this agreement and has paid me with bad checks.

Can I sue him for bad business practices and still get the $$ he owes me?

Thanks you very much.

**A: no, you strictly sue him for the money owed to you.
