I live in California - we just moved into a house last year in October and a month ago we found that 2 of our windows have seals that have pealed away from our walls and is causes water damage above the windows on the inside. These windows were installed in 1999 and on the paperwork it says these windows are only warrantied to the original owners. Is there anything we can do? We do have the home warranty for a year (are the windows covered?) Thanks.
