Can I sue the bank if I found out my items in my safe deposit box were missing?
If yes, what are the procedures and the % of winning the case.

But, in the US, your questions about suing are covered in the agreement with your bank. As for the chance of winning...50/50, more or less.

Did you give your key to anybody? Seems very strange that something from your box would be missing if your key is needed in order to open it.
