m question is this... i currently going through a bankruptcy.
i ave a termite conrol contract with a large firm. they also are one of my creditors. i am way behind on the mothly payments.
however the fees paid for servicing my house are currently up to date. its a $250 a year thing. i am planning on reaffirming this
debt as soon as my discharge comes to pass. i have been reinvaded by the termites. since my fees are paid, but I am behind on the intial front end. do i have any recourse?
