We bought a new boat in the summer of 2002. Financed though a bank and have recently paid off the loan. our problem is the bank claims that they do not have the title, the boat dealer also makes that claim. Now we have a paid off boat and no title. what do we do? Who do we contact? We also do not have the registation numbers on the boat. the dealer was supposr to get these also. Help
