What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

 I recently booked (Paid in Full w/confirmation) a 7 day cruise via a reputable Internet-based travel reservation website. I recently received correspondence from the agency stating that the trip duration had been reduced. I’ve been offered a full refund, but I want a 7 day cruise at the advertised price of which I paid, and got confirmation of acceptance.

Do I have a case if I were to pursue this?
